韩国泳将-朴泰桓起诉主治医生向他注射违禁药物一案今天开审！
首尔法院裁定医生没有对朴泰桓造成伤害，判处医生“业务过失致伤”罪名不成立，不过认定医生曾给朴泰桓注射违禁药物、又没有做诊疗记录，违反医疗法，需缴付100万韩元罚款。
